You can order online 24/7 or call our Sales Team on 01592 650700 between 6:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday. Alternatively, you can email your order to sales@kwikpac.co.uk or fax 01592 650552.

There is no minimum order value. Some of our items are sold individually, but most are sold in pack quantities. For products sold in packs, the minimum order quantity is one pack. UK orders under £150.00 will incur a delivery charge of £10.00.

Yes, the more you buy the more you save. Prices per quantity are indicated in the product tables. Should you require a larger quantity, please get in touch with our Sales Team to enquire into bulk discounts.

If you wish to amend or cancel your order you must call us as soon as possible on 01592 650700 with your full order details to determine if this is possible.

You can pay securely online using all major debit/credit cards. There is no processing fee for debit or credit cards. If you order over the phone you can also pay by major debit/credit cards or bank transfer. Please note that we cannot despatch your order until payment has cleared.

If you are ordering for a business, or if you wish to place frequent orders with us, our Sales Team can assist you with opening a credit account. Please call our sales team on 01592 650700 or email sales@kwikpac.co.uk to hear about all our account and payment options.

We aim to deliver to mainland England, Wales and most areas of Scotland the next working day (if ordered before 4pm). For orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, delivery days may vary. Please see our Delivery Policy for all the details.

Orders must be placed before 4pm (Monday – Thursday) and for your order to be delivered to you the next day. Orders received by 4pm on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday.

UK delivery is free on orders over £150.00. If your order is less than £150.00 the delivery charge is £10.00.

Kwikpac delivers to UK and Republic of Ireland addresses. We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. If you require an overseas delivery please speak to our Sales Team on 01592 650700. Please see our Delivery Policy for all the details.

If you are based locally, we also offer collections from our warehouses in Kirkcaldy, Scotland. For collection queries, please get in touch with our team.

Unfortunately, we cannot return goods if you simply change your mind and no longer want the items. However, if you are unsure which product would best suit your needs, we recommend you contact our helpful Sales Team before placing an online order to obtain product advice or a sample.
