You'll be assigned a dedicated Account Manager to look after your account and consistently deliver an exceptional level of customer care. The Sales Team at Kwikpac are available 5 days a week to answer your queries, provide quotes and place orders. Even if you need to get in touch at weekends, our emails are picked up early on Monday mornings, when can expect a prompt response & delivery.
We provide a next working day delivery service, meaning that you can keep storage space to a minimum. Your Account Manager can arrange regular catch-ups to proactively help you to forecast and manage packaging stock levels, ensuring you have everything you need, when you need it.
Kwikpac Servicing for Strapping Tools & Packaging Machinery
As a customer of Kwikpac you have direct access to maintenance, servicing, spare parts and training for your tools and machinery which you have purchased or rented from us.
Simply get in touch with your Account Manager or fill in one of our Servicing forms and we will ensure a prompt repair to keep your machines running as they should be. When you purchase a strapping machine, pallet wrapping machine or taping machine from Kwikpac, we offer maintenance plans so that our engineers can help to prevent any issues and downtime.
