Our Strategy
At Kwikpac, we understand that every corporation, no matter its size, has a responsibility to be at the forefront of fighting the climate crisis. From ensuring that they are minimising the negative impact their operations have on the environment, to complying with all legal regulations and supporting the cause whenever possible.
Kwikpac aims to do this by managing our energy use on-site and making sure that the products we are providing to our customers are ethically sourced, recyclable and/or biodegradable. Kwikpac recognises the urgency in ensuring that it is part of the fight against climate change, not part of the problem.
Certified Company
We are accredited by Achilles, a corporation that gives companies the ability to accurately track their carbon footprint and develop effective strategies to reduce their emissions, using a comprehensive range of tools and assisting us to consistently innovate annually.
Working towards a greener future is at the forefront of our operations and we have invested in sustainability management by working with EcoVadis. Kwikpac has been awarded with the Gold EcoVadis sustainability rating, reflecting that we are in the top 3% of global companies across all industries. Our sustainability management system has been assessed through 21 sustainability criteria focused on four key performance areas: Environment, Labour & Human Rights, Ethics & Sustainable procurement. We have been assessed and are very proud to have been awarded with a Gold EcoVadis sustainability medal, which recognizes our continuous improvement of sustainability practices across our network and helps us to drive innovation.
Our Goals
Currently, we are working towards achieving a Gold EcoVadis Award through reducing Kwikpac’s carbon footprint even further leading to us then being certified as carbon neutral as well. We plan to optimise our 30 years of experience in and knowledge of the packaging industry to implement a recycling guide for our customers to refer to. This will allow them to ensure they are making sustainable decisions with their packaging waste.
